HOLISTIC SESSION
Holistic session is a set of scientifically proven methods and tools which can impower your life greatly. It’s your chance to step forwards as a warrior of CLEAR AWARENESS and INNER STRENGTH.

Holistic Approach
It combines counselling and coaching, therapeutic touch and sound, the power of breath, shadow work, inner child work, working with unconscious, transforming limiting beliefs, patterns and blockages, and scientifically proven methods and tools that are tailored to the individual’s unique needs.

Holistic session perceives individual as a holistic being and as such treats the triad of BODY, MIND and HEART as a coherent whole. The aim of therapy is to help individual develop a deeper understanding of self, within all three areas. This successfully leads to improved self-understanding and self-regulation of emotions, thoughts, and actions.
The first part of therapy is conversational while the second part is practical where I adapt the techniques and methods to the specific needs of the individual. Commonly breathing is part of this therapy as well, because … if the respiratory system is not open and flowing, no amount of intellectualizing will help to solve the issues. During the process, we will either correct and activate your breathing pattern, which is the key to awareness, empowerment and letting go, or we will awaken your inner child, bring awareness to the unconscious, soften beliefs that no longer benefit you, or learn useful tools that will support you even when I’m not going to be around.

Having symptoms or psychophysical problems isn’t a must for therapy. This kind of therapy can greatly help to enhance your PERSONAL GROWTH and UNDERSTANDING OF SELF. My wish is to help you break the cycle of pain, illness and illusion, so that you can live your life more fully, and to that end, I provide a place where you can express yourself, heal your wounds, strengthen your inner power, and understand how living authentically is more important than trying to live happily.

The whole process is a long-term cumulation of testing and discovering which methods truly work, and which one don’t. I will give you the opportunity to assess your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being, encourage you to explore how you feel, how you live, what you believe in, how you act and how you treat yourself. This process of self-assessment is necessary to recognise what is needed to move from where you are to where you want to be.

Price of Holistic Therapy
First three therapies: 80 €
Each following therapy (if needed): 70 €
All therapy sessions last approximately 90 -100 minutes. In person or via Skype.
The number of therapy sessions depends on the individual, but at least three are necessary. Sometimes only three session are enough, sometimes ten or more are needed.
If we don’t feel any progress after two therapy sessions, I will give you a full refund.
